1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

3. Eligibility & Registration

Any Account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.

3.2 Registration Requirements

To register an Account on zb999, you must:

• Provide a valid, active email address that you own and control.
• Create a secure password meeting minimum security standards.
• Confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
• Confirm that you are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Confirm that you are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on zb999. Duplicate Accounts are strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, zb999 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, forfeit any balances held within them, and permanently ban the relevant Player.

3.4 Local Law Compliance

It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their use of the zb999 Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction. zb999 does not provide legal advice. If you are unsure whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction, you should obtain independent legal advice before registering or placing any wager.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. zb999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify zb999 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your login details. zb999 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security incident.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point remains accurate, complete, and up to date. You must notify zb999 of any change to your registered email address or other personal details. zb999 may require re-verification of updated information before processing withdrawals.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

zb999 currently supports the following PKR payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Bank Alfalah transfer. zb999 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency deposits are accepted.
• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods; Rs 500 for bank transfers.
• Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes of confirmation, subject to bank processing times.
• zb999 does not charge fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which zb999 accepts no responsibility.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the corresponding deposit.
• Account identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal processing timelines vary by Account tier. Standard verified Accounts: JazzCash/Easypaisa withdrawals within a few hours; bank transfers within one business day.
• zb999 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or underage play is suspected.
• Any withdrawal request associated with Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be declined or reduced to the eligible real-money balance.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

zb999 applies anti-money laundering (AML) controls consistent with international standards. We reserve the right to freeze an Account and report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities. Players must not use zb999 for any activity connected to financial crime.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets and casino game stakes placed on zb999 are subject to the specific game and market rules published on the Platform at the time of placement. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market or game.

• Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation, except where the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or edit function for that specific market.
• In the event of a technical error, zb999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's Account balance.
• zb999 reserves the right to void or adjust any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical or human error, including so-called "palpable errors."
• The minimum and maximum stake limits for any bet or game are displayed within the relevant market or game interface. Bets placed above the maximum stake may be adjusted to the applicable limit.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to data availability. zb999 accepts no liability for any delay between real-world events and the display of live data on the Platform.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bet offers, and promotional rewards available on zb999 are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and real money funds are held separately in your Account. Real money funds are always used first when placing wagers.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of systematic exploitation — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated balances.
• zb999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Loyalty Program points earned through real-money play are governed by the Loyalty Program terms, accessible from the Platform navigation.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zb999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.

• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or technical faults to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction applied to your Account.
• Sharing Account credentials with or allowing any third party to access or operate your Account.

9. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of zb999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zb999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform; errors in odds or game results caused by third-party data providers; or any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. zb999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

zb999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which zb999 is licensed to operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and zb999, you should first contact our customer support team to seek resolution. zb999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and efficiently. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it shall be referred to the relevant regulatory or arbitration body as applicable under the Platform's operating licence.
